Meet Executive Chef Gaston Javier Sanchez

 

With deep roots in Latin cuisine and global inspiration from his culinary travels, Executive Chef Gaston Javier Sanchez brings passion, creativity, and precision to every dish. A descendant of Cuban and Spanish bloodlines, Gastón discovered his love for food at an early age, spending countless hours in the kitchen with his grandmothers—an experience that continues to shape his culinary philosophy today.

He refined his craft abroad, apprenticing with Michelin-starred chefs and immersing himself in diverse culinary traditions. His career spans roles as a private chef for celebrities, ownership of successful restaurants and catering companies, and a feature on The Food Network’s Celebrity Dish. Gastón is also a two-time recipient of the prestigious Hyatt Excellence Award.
